Evancourt Motel

Evancourt is a small suburban Motel with 13 motel rooms. There are also budget hostel rooms available. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans, reverse cycle air conditioning, hairdryer, microwave, tea/coffee making facilities, alarm clock radio, phone, and television. Motel facilities include a business centre, barbeque, guest laundry, and gymnasium. We cater for short term and long term stay and are located in Malvern East which is 12km from CDB. We are walking distance to public transport, Monash Uni Caulfield, and close to Caulfield Racecourse, and Chadstone shopping centre. There are several pubs, cafes, and restaurants close by as well as supermarkets, banks and the post office.
