Oakleigh Market is an indoor food market open Wednesday's, Thursday's, Friday's and Saturday's for the best and freshest meat, fruit and vegeatables.

Shopping at the Oakleigh market is as much about revelling in the pleasure of good food and Greek culture as it is about buying groceries for the week. But for a place that's been selling excellent and keenly priced produce since 1972.

Oakleigh market runs between Chester and Portman streets. It's a small complex with a nut shop, a couple of butchers, a chicken shop, a fishmonger, a bottle shop, a greengrocer and a delicatessen, all within a kalamata pip's lob of each other.
